so this is everett marin davis, if you can't tell. he is going to be twenty-two in six months, and he is merely a visitor. no one knows it, but he is here to take care of his cousin's children. his cousin was in a car wreck and is now in a coma. their godfather happens to be everett. but he does not tell anyone that. he lies and tells everyone that he's just around for an extended vacation while he straightens out life and figures things out. he is a dreamer and likes to stay in the positive. think of him as cassie from skins, kind of. just without the eating disorder and obsessive nature. however, he is a rather creepy type of positive. however, it is all to hide the sadness that he feels because of his cousin ( who had been his best friend ) being in the hospital. now, everett is a bit of a childish guy. he's very immature, and it ties in with the fact that he's a positive thinker and a dreamer. but he does have his downsides. he can become very defensive, and when he becomes sad… oh, he becomes very upset. people tend to avoid him because his attitude can come off as 'annoying'. everett can be a heartbreaker, however. he is not good in relationships and tends to drop them after a few weeks. he's not a player, really. he has only had sex once in his life. if anything, he just feels 'trapped' when he is in a relationship. therefore, he is usually quick to skip out. another flaw is that he is a good liar. how else would he be able to hide the real reason why he's here? when asked why he's with a few kids, he will always answer that they're his cousin's and she had went to town and he was gracious enough to watch them. so yes, basically he needs it all. but i hate plotting out futures or finals. so no go on those. i want to thread the characters out and see if they have potential, first. but yes. throw some plots at me!

Gracen && Everett Gracen and Everett should meet. I feel like their personalities would get along, and although Gracen isn't overly fond of children, she'd still be fine around them should they be tagging along. Gracen's blind and mischievous, but kind. I don't know what kind of plot you'd want to do. We can have Everett tell Gracen his lie, and she'd probably believe him since he's a good liar, but after she's hung around enough and the children are still around, she could try to get down to it a bit more. Or if you have any ideas, that's cool, too.

everett's a very friendly person unless you've done something wrong to him, really. or he's clearly upset, in which he could take it out on anyone and be pissy. but i could see him totally being friends with gracen! although he wouldn't understand why she's not fond of kids. they would be friends, definitely. and if she asked why he was around, he would definitely lie. <3

Well I posted in your open post (i've been looking around for those. . .I want to get my character going as well) Jaicey and Everette could meet and just become each other's support system. It sounds like Everette has some scares in his past similar to hers. She fell in love with a guy and was engaged, but she didn't know who she was and needed to get out. She also caught him in a couple of lies which weren't horrible but bad enough that it hurt her. Now, even though she's been in Florida for 2 years (she was from Georgia) she still is a social reject because she doesn't know how to get out in the world and mingle very well. It still really hurts that the relationship she adored ended even though she tells herself it didn't and presents herself to everyone else as if she's doing ok.
Now she's uneasy about relationships because she had never been in any other relationship other than that one. She really doesn't want to be in another relationship for a while but does wish she had someone close to her that she could talk to.
Maybe they could befriend each other and slowly bring each other out of their shells. They could help each other reach some kind of new point in their lives. She would gain confidence about herself and relationships. And he could gain strength to get through his cousin's coma and what ever else you might add. (Just making suggestions)
Jaicey does like kids because she was one of the older cousins who often baby-sit her younger cousins. So maybe she could help out with the little girl (like baby-sit her when he needed a break).

Maybe they could have known each other since they were young? Katia & Everett Friends or lovers? She is a surfer girl and pretty mysterious but I'm sure she'd open up to Everett 
If they date they could have the relationship where one of them really wanted the other one and they won't stop till they got them?
Or they could have the sibling type friendship?

oop! of course they have to be best friends. all dannys and all toms have to be best friends. xD end of! as for knowing each other since they were young, that depends. ev grew up in trenton, new jersey. so fletcher would have to have been from there, too! unless you can come up with an idea as to why or how they'd be childhood friends.

friends, for sure! because i honestly can't see everett picking up a girl? unless it would be friends with benefits. but otherwise, he's only a tourist ( for now xD ) and he probably wouldn't want to find a girlfriend with all the stress that he's dealing with. a fling, maybe. but i don't like plotting out futures or finals with everett. only because i want to thread the characters first and see what happens with them. Fletcher & Everett Well Fletcher comes from London BUT maybe he met Everett on holiday or something and they could have been emailing for years until they finally meet up again. Katia & Everett Katia would normally be smart enough not to have a fling but they could have been drunk and then it turns into a fling? I don't mind, it's totally up to you.
