for the love of god. once every two days is enough. if i see anymore of the once an hour, or once a day, i'mma pull my hair out. if people want to plot, then they will find your page. and yes, if someone posted in your shipper page today. then you do have to wait TWO DAYS to be able to bump it. unless you're responding to them.
this makes it more fair, and less annoying.
