i make an effort to be at all my restaurants, of course
not at the same time, but i work hard to be hands on, and to help
out when possible. call me a workaholic. besides, the only reason
i'm in miami is for the new restaurant, so thats why i'm spending
most of my time there.

its been fine. everythings going smoothly so far although
i haven't had much time to socialise. then again i can't remember
the last time i wanted and did socialise anyway. XD

very true. i socialise a lot with my employees and such, but outside of work i don't at all. i should, and my mother is always going on about grandkids, but i'm just so passionate about my work i don't seem to get the time.

Ahh mothers, they just want to experience everything before they can't anymore. well, maybe you should take some time for yourself? Maybe after you open the new restaurant you can hang around Miami a bit longer? And take some personal time?
