You should at least open up a little. Not talking about yourself at least a little bit can be saddening. If you opened up... and at least answered "how are you?"... you could feel better.

Its unfair to other people if you don't answer the question, a "good", "alright" "okay" suffices, now its gunna nag me that you won't answer the question.
