jackson cooper reed. twenty-four. parkwest bartender. - jackson is easily labeled a complete asshole by anyone who comes within five feet of him either because of his southern accent or because of that mocking smirk. he's not the type to kick you while you're down, though. he's more of a humorous fellow who takes pride in his sharp tongue and clever comebacks. then again, who needs those when you can sit back and watch people fall flat on their face? he thrives off of those who get worked up just because he never fails to tell it how it is. he loves to laugh. he gets as much out of life as he possibly can. that's just how jackson is. if you're with him, you're going to have fun and you're going to like it. don't cross him on a bad day, or you'll be sorry you did. that's enough said about that. jackson grew up in texas within a wealthy family, the star runningback of his high school team. his father owned an estate, and then went a bit nuts and killed jackson's mother. after that, jackson attempted to run his own life in his hometown, but decided it would be best to get away for a few months. a few months has turned into about a year now. he's been in miami since then, working as a bartender and trying his best to live his life. sure, ghosts from the past haunt him on a daily basis, but his reckless nature helps him forget about it. despite everything, jackson is an incredibly good friend to have if he actually cares about you. if he cares about you, you're extremely fucking special and you better believe it. as far as friends go, that's the only thing i can think of. he has a few buddies that he drinks and raises hell with, but i'm thinking maybe only a few real friends that he has heart for. as far as enemies go, i'm not sure jackson keeps many. he makes them quite quickly, no doubt, but he's not serious enough to really hold a grudge unless he really has to. jackson's a fairly violent person – especially when he's drunk. which, despite popular belief, isn't very often at all. jackson is, after all, in charge of his own life and incredibly responsible despite his reckless nature. and lovers? he's a definite one night stand person. they would have to be in the past, since he's currently in quite a deep plot. future one night stands are fine, because he's a little bit terrible at commitment.


navah rani cohen. twenty-five. high school english professor. - navah is from israel, jerusalem, but she's been here for quite some time with her three siblings. navah was the shy bookworm type while growing up, and even in high school wasn't much of a social person. she did, however, have a knack for making people fall in love with her clumsy charm without even realizing it. she's not awkward, but she is somewhat of a danger to herself. navah is a businesswoman and a friend at the very same time, and it's hard not to notice. this is why she succeeds in being an english teacher. she has a brilliant mind and a way with persuading people that she needs to be heard. navah tends to keep quiet unless something needs to be said, and everything that comes out of her mouth is one hundred percent genuine. despite her friendly nature, navah is a determined, independent woman. she strives to do her best and get what she wants. she's pretty selfish in this way. she's also extremely together and organized because of this, and often thrives successfully. friends are probably plentiful because, as said before, navah has a strange charm about her that people love. she doesn't have the time or the need for enemies, but if you can come up with something crafty, i'll probably be thrilled. as for lovers, navah has had one real love in the past. she met him at a coffee shop and he fell for her charm right away, and she his. as time progressed, however, over a year they began to grow a part. all of a sudden, navah broke it off with him because she “couldn't feel what she needed to feel” when she was with him. they were just too different, she told him. she was organized, at the top of the world, and he was the complete opposite. so they split. he's broken up about it, she's not. but that taught her a lesson: she needed to be more guarded. then she wouldn't have had to beak anyone's heart and her own would be completely fine. right now she's really hesitant about relationships, and she's in denial about being in love with her best friend. but she's been here for quite a while, so maybe a couple of exes. she doesn't really sleep around, but lately she's been somewhat of a mess, so maybe some one night stands?


evan bradley hirsch. thirty-two. physician. - evan is a really nice guy. his biggest issue in life is his struggle with type one diabetes. he was diagnosed when he was fifteen, but somehow continues to smile from day to day and use hope as a tool to get his patients through hardships. he works at the local hospital as a physician, and is also a trained surgeon. his initial thought was to become an oncologist, considering his mother died of cancer two years after he was diagnosed with diabetes, but decided against it. evan feels compelled to save everyone. sometimes this interferes with his better judgment, but he's trained himself to be as realistic as possible. despite this curb, he will do anything to help someone in need. he's notorious for miracle survivors. evan's personality meshes well with his career, needless to say. he's clever and lighthearted, and one of the most comforting guys you'll meet. he catches on to things quickly, learns at a nice speed, and is quite intelligent. the only problem seems to be his issue with commitment to a lover. his career keeps him extremely busy and has consequently consumed his life. this comes off as insensitive or apathetic to friends and family when they want to socialize. evan simply doesn't have time for that sometimes, but when he does, you bet that he'll be there for you. in his life, though, his job comes first. evan is thirty-two years old, let me remind you, so anybody under twenty-five is probably not going to fly as far as relationships go. he's also pretty mature, so i can't imagine why he would date someone that young in the first place. evan is one of those white-picket fence types that would love to settle down, get married, and have kids soon, but he has to find a way around his work first. he has a future, but any type of past relationship or even maybe a current is good with me. he respects women, so he probably hasn't had many one night stands or run-ins with whores. he adores people who respect themselves and others. enemies... meh. i don't see many, but he's not very fond of disrespect or rudeness.

joel maxwell torres. seventeen. high school student. - everyone loves joel. he's a total sweetheart that would do anything for those he cares about. he never lies, but he's gentle about the truth if it's not something someone would want to hear. he has an ever-present, knowing smile that he's characterized for. he's a little sensitive, true, but that goes hand in hand with his honorable nature. this seventeen year old has moved around quite a bit, despite the popularity he has here. when he was eleven, the torres father was stationed in paris, moving them there until joel was fifteen. he became fluent in french, of course, and quite enjoyed his life in the lively city. when he was fifteen, however, his parents were killed in a car accident. austin, joel's older brother, was in college at the time and managed to gain custody over joel. since then, he's been taking care of him. then again, sometimes austin himself needs to be taken care of. joel is an artist, a musician, and has a fondness of photography, even if he doesn't take a lot of pictures. mostly, he enjoys art and music. joel is also a vegetarian, and an avid peta member he works hard to be a straight-a student, and enjoys swimming and water polo. he'll need a lot of friends. there might be a few childhood friends that are glad to see him back or something because he was in miami until he was ten, remember. as far as enemies go, i'm sure there are a few people who think he's a total faggot, even if he's straight, but he doesn't mind at all. he knows he likes girls. that's par for the course with high school. love is pretty much covered, because he's in love with his best friend (aka his brother's girlfriend) but a one-sided crushes are fine and stuff like that. he needs pretty much everything.


teagan felicity santiago. eighteen. high school student. - this one here has quite the family issues. despite her being famously happy towards everyone and everything, the only yucky rain clouds appearing on the day of her parade would be that of her family. more specifically, a pain in the ass of a twin brother. when they're together, it's like mortal combat two - who can get the headshot the quickest to win? just pray you aren't caught up in all of their collateral damage. teagan grew up here in miami alongside the dashcel twins with her own twin brother, serge. then things got pretty nasty between parents and teagan wound up with her mother. they're still wealthy, able to tap into the santiago fortune at any time. still yet, that doesn't cure the disease of hatred the twins share with each other. besides the whole resentful passion she has for her family other than her mom, teagan is a lovely girl. she's fun, the life of the party, happy, and often brightens the atmosphere with her presence. teagan's all about having fun. she loves to party. probably a little too much, as most nights lately she's been coming home drunk off her ass, the usual friend helping her to the bed to sleep it off. she'll need all sorts of other friends as well. teagan is popular in school with the students. not so much with teachers, as she's constantly slacking off with her work. she may seem as shallow as a shower, but teagan is everyone's best friend. if you give her a chance and let her in, she won't let you down. unless, of course, she's been drinking. enemies? umm.. i suppose people might be annoyed by her. she's somewhat eccentric in the sense that she never stops smiling. joel may have that serene, knowing smirk about him, but teagan has the full-on happy-every-moment-of-my-life smile that either brightens your day or irritates you. she loves everyone, but don't get on her bad side. some of the anger she has towards family matters might be unleashed. she's a bit of a subtle bitch at times. loversss.. a fair share of hook-ups and maybe a few one night stands. she doesn't sleep around, but she does party too hardy quite often. so it's understandable. as for long-term stuff.. she's been here since the dawn of time.. so she'll probably have exes, crushes, etc. she's also bi, so that could open up some plots. she needs everything, for sure.


phoebe evelynn peterson. twenty-one. med student. - through many hardships, phoebe has managed to become a medical student at miami university. her parents disappeared shortly after she was born, and her grandparents adopted her, raising her on the shores of new jersey. she knows little about city life, as miami is quite a bit larger than her hometown is. phoebe was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder after breaking down and hyperventilating in elementary school. she's dealt with this her entire life, somehow scraping by in middle school and even in high school. to top everything off, phoebe isn't just socially awkward - she's generally awkward. she's a mild insomniac, which hinders with her studies, but phoebe is extremely intelligent. despite her long list of disabilities, she manages just fine and achieves at least a high b average, if not a low a average. phoebe is incredibly sweet and helpful, and does her best to please people. large crowds may be her worst nightmare, but she's one of the nicest girls you'll cross in miami. she has respect for herself and others, and though her opinion is hardly ever shared, she does think it's quite repulsive that others don't do the same. phoebe loves to sing, but gave up on ever sharing her talents when she realized what it meant to be on stage. just thinking about it works her up, and so she tries to simply enjoy it as a hobby. she also loves to photograph, and scrapbooks on a daily basis since her social life is pretty scarce. her only consistent contact is with her australian shephard, finn. i'd love for her to have a few friends, maybe some that pity her, or are nice to her. maybe someone who manages to get her to open up. if you talk about the right things, phoebe forgets about the eternal worry she has and can engage in a conversation a little too well. she's too scared to have enemies, but there will probably be people who think she's weird. i'd love to plot lovers, so just throw idea out there.

leo william hawthorne. eighteen. art student. - this british chain smoker is a true asshole. he doesn't care about anyone or anything unless it benefits him, and seeks joy in other people's pain. he's accepted that he's a lowlife, but he doesn't really care enough to do anything about it. leo goes with the flow completely. he has no planning in his life and the only direction he seems to be going in is downwards. he's an art student, and that seems to be like the only thing he has going for his life. he decided to live on his own about a year ago, when he had enough of his fall-down drunk mother's bullshit. his father beat them both up until leo was around fourteen, until the police came and took the bastard away. in short, leo has had a pretty tough life. he was never really all that blessed in the money area either, but managed to keep a steady flow of cash since the age of twelve in his bank, working his ass off. he raised himself, and can't be fucked changing from the hating person he is. leo's favorite thing in the world is to have fun. it seems hard for him lately, as he's constantly bored. it takes a lot for a person to interest him. he's cocky, and notorious for smirking and flirting and hooking up. he's a bit of a whore, needless to say, and swings both ways. anything to keep him from being completely discontent. so a lot of one night stands, hook-ups, etc. he may have had a few past relationships, but he treats his girlfriends/boyfriends like shit and won't hesitate to cheat. the only person who seems to matter to him is francesca paquin, who is his future. he'll have many enemies, i'm guessing. he laughs at them, mostly, but he has a very short temper and fights a lot. if there isn't a bruise on leo somewhere, you know he's been cooped up in his apartment for a while. his snarky mouth doesn't help these situations. so he'll need everything.


lucio vincent ferrari. twenty-seven. tourist. - everybody calls him "luke." he's here in miami, fresh from italy, to retrieve his little sister. but in the meantime, he's here to meet new people and learn the culture. he was born and raised in rome, italy. he's always had plenty of money, but he was raised with respect and morals. luke is extremely lighthearted and easy-going. he's also very intelligent and picks up on things quickly. everything is simple with him. when he's happy, he's happy. when he's mad, he's mad. when he's sad, he's sad. there is no in between. luke is very friendly; maybe even a little too forward. he's charming and romantic, and extremely playful. he recently split from his fiance, as he felt too confined. luke's problem with relationships is not at all commitment. he simply gets cold feet. he respects women, of course, but isn't hesitant to have a one night stand if he's in the mood or a little incapacitated. as mentioned before, he's very playful and forward. he'll need everything in this department. just come up with something snazzy and we'll talk it out. friends are going to be many, i'm guessing. he's really friendly and welcoming, and he knows how to be there for his friends. he makes friends quickly. he also brings a good mood with him in groups of people, and has a way with brightening the atmosphere. luke is extremely protective, so if you're going to mess with one of his friends or especially his family, you're going to have to answer to him. enemies could blossom from this, but other than that, i'm sure he won't have but one or two.


jensen hugh woods. thirty-seven. csi. - he's been here all of his life, and restlessly lives from day to day. a true work-a-holic, he often forgets to put family before anything else, though his kids mean the world to him. he has a sixteen-year-old daughter and a four-year-old daughter from a previous marriage. he struggles to connect with his teenager, and fears screwing things up with his younger one. jensen may not seem like it, but he has one of the biggest hearts you'll ever come across. he knew that when his brother was murdered, csi was the right career track for him. he wants to help everyone, to solve every mystery, and to save every life possible. still, he's a huge realist, which may come off as pessimistic at times. you'll rarely see this man smile, though when he does, you know it's genuine. he's honest and loyal, but knows what the world can do to you, and lives by this. he struggles to see the good in everything, but succeeds nonetheless, and therefore gives his all in everything he does. jensen has been living this way for the past ten years, working, serious, disconnected from his own family. he's tired and not sure about happiness anymore, but he's trying to work things out. i guess friends are whoever. i can see maybe someone trying to let him know that he needs to take time out for himself every once in a while, sympathetic. maybe trying to help out as well. a few guy buddies from the past. like i said, he's been here his entire life. anything else you can come up with. jensen is violent when he's actually angry, so i suppose he'll have some enemies. but it takes a while for him to lose it. lovers.. hmm. i'd like to hear your thoughts. he's really detached right now, and though he's been divorced for a number of years, he's been on a grand total of three dates since then.

addy and jackson...so these two would know eachother. because hes the bartender at parkwest and addy is a dancer there. but she would hate him. she does not get along with guys like jackson so pretty much pure enemies.

addy and navah...these two have very similar personalities. that would either clash or make them best friends. you choose. :]

addy and joel...definite brother/sister relationship. addy would completely fall in love with joel and his cuteness. i could see her being the type to protected him. especially when it comes to those who make fun of him.

addy and luke...luke would be one of the few guys addy would get along with. she is very picky with boys because shes had a past with them. and doesnt stand for those who dont deserve attention from women. but luke is someone she could get really close with. there is a little bit of an age difference in age so i dunno about love. but definitely close friends. shed be the one to help him out with girls. the one to get him to open up. maybe in the midst of all that she falls for him but doesnt say anything.

chris and navah...these two would probably be strange friends. they would probably knew eachother because his younger sisters are in highschool or just because hes a daschel sibiling. i can see them not liking eachother at first. clashing a bit but somehow realizing they have a lot in common, especially when it comes to they work and how much they are committed.

chris and luke...they only thing i can think of his friends. they are close in age and would probably get along. but who knows. haha

donnie and pheobe...if i didnt have love plots already going on id say yes. but it would get complicated. so my idea is brother/sister relationship. they are only a year apart. i can see them just randomly meeting eachother and donnie being instantly protective over her. he could be one of the few that she talks to about her illness and all that. he would be there for her no matter what.

dylan and joel...bestfriends, yes?

dylan and teagan...he would definitely have a crush on her. but he sorta sucks when it comes to girls. hed probably never mention that he has a thing for her unless she heard it threw the grape-vine. at some points he might get turnedoff because of her partying and stuff but we shall see. he wouldnt sleep around with her. thats for sure.

addy et. jackson - he'll hit on here a lot just to piss her off. since they work together, it'll be frequent. i guess this means her hatred for him will just expand into a massive "fuck you forever" type thing. he'll just laugh. which will, i'm guessing, just piss her off even more.


addy et. navah - they do have similar personalities, but navah is a bit judgmental of people who appear to lack organization in their life. addy's job would represent that, and navah would probably not respect her much as a person until she proved herself otherwise. i don't think addy would really care about looking for approval from navah, so they might not really get along.


addy et. joel - that sounds fine. he could help her learn how to drive or something. (:


addy et. luke - he's extremely friendly, so he makes friends extremely easily! i can see them becoming close. he likes people who let him in, because he knows he won't let them down. he'd just give his serene smile when she tried to get him to go out and date and grab her chin and look her in the eyes and tell her that he doesn't need help, he just needs her to be his good friend. hehe. maybe something happens later on. we should rp them out. for sure.


chris et. navah - i can see them clashing as well. they'd get into one of those snobby bantering type arguments. like in much ado about nothing.. if you've read that play or seen the movie.. but anyhow. i think they'd be extremely close later on, though. maybe they run into each other or get stuck in an elevator with each other or something and are forced to talk it out with each other.


chris et. luke - he would constantly remind chris that he needs to loosen up and let himself have some fun every once in a while. they'd be friends, definitely. luke doesn't make enemies easily at all.


donnie et. phoebe - that sounds very cute. it'd take her some time to feel comfortable around him, but they would eventually be very close friends.


dylan et. joel - inseparable. they're very alike in their mannerism. i think they'd be so cute as best friends.


dylan et. teagan - on top of daxton finally stepping up to her and telling her that she needs to pull herself together, i think it'd be even harder on teagan if her best friend dylan was disappointed in her before that. so it's like a double whammy, and this would force her to reconsider her alcohol consumption. she'd thank him after everything, and let him know that she understands if he doesn't want to be friends anymore. but before that, i think they should be best friends, definitely. she'd secretly have a huge crush on him, but it's impossible to tell with teagan, because she acts the same way towards all of her guy friends. so maybe after all the yelling and disappointment that'll happen later on (i have big plans for teagan) they end up together or something. idek. but until then, best friends. forgive me in advance if I mix a couple up, but I promise I read all of them! Imma try to plot something with everyone.

Greyson & Jackson
I see Jackson as the straight shooter and really is honest. He is pretty fun sounding and I see him to be a good acquaintance for Grey and someone he could talk to from time to time. Maybe Jackson comes into the Parlor or something who knows? This one was hard.

Greyson & Navah
These two seem pretty ignorant and just grounded in their own ways. I think their personalities would mesh pretty well and she could probably get closer to him than others. It would be interesting what they talk about because she has a lot more ambition than Greyson could dream of. So maybe there could be some tension as well?

Greyson & Evan
Evan has a light personality and Grey would see it. I don't know where there would be a link for these two but who knows? If youve got something let me know but maybe they pass ways once or twice.

Joel I love!! I know thats the bandwagon idea but I swear I didn't look at him before making Greyson. These two share passion and past and I think he would understand Grey more than anyone else. He also lost his parents to a car accident, and is PASSIONATE towards Photography but has fallen from it. Maybe Joel could show him his way back. This is another hard one. I don't see much that would lead these two together but let me know if you have something. They arent near each other in age and I don't see too much of a personality mesh. Anywhoo. (Joel Rocks).

I love how she is awkward and just the general differentness of her. I know Im making up words. I see that she is shy towards crowds so maybe they hit each other up at a party or gathering and sorta click on some level. She is very reserved like he is and I see some similarities that could make rping the two of them out fun!

Leo is the type of guy that Grey would ignore. He really hates people who would get under his skin and this would be an Enemy in any way. Despite his hard live, he wouldn't forgive him wanting to be a terror at times. So yeah, Im looking plottage ability.

Ughh, another epic fail at trying to plot. He could pop into the pizza place and have a good time talking maybe? Hopefully he would reach in on the right day and they would have a good talk...I fail I know.

Grey would certainly respect Jensen and what he does. He is fascinated by what CSI does and would really like talking with him. They have a thing or two in common, death brings people together. But other than that this would be another common talk sorta relationship mostly.

firstly, where did they all come from?! i swear i only spoke to you last week and you were like "there's only six" or something like that. anyhow... back to the point. when i read about jackson my immediate thought was "house and wilson" (yes, in my downtime i've watched a heck of a lot of house, shame it doesn't help me with stats). so anyway, i think it would be awesome for these two to have a funky sort of friendship like that. i don't know which way the roles would be, but it does seem like house and wilson have a pretty balanced out friendship in the end, even if house often seems like he has the upper hand. honestly i don't really know what i'm talking about. but anyway, there's this one episode where wilson's living with house and house does all these college-like pranks on him, then in the end wilson filed down house's cane and it breaks on him and house is left on the hospital floor. i was going somewhere with this, but i forgot. seeing as you're awesome and have known me for so many year, i'm sure you'll work something amazing out to fill in my blanks.
